Bu yazımızda sizlere : İlkokuldan beri tanışan ikili ilk olarak Alis Harikalar Diyarında (Alice in Wonderland) isimli okul oyununda aynı sahneyi paylaştılar. Bu oyunda Simon Beyaz Tavşan, Garfunkel ise Sırıtan Kedi karakterlerini canlandırdı. Grup ilk olarak 1957 yılında Tom & Jerry ismi ile kuruldu ve yine bu isimle ilk hitleri sayılabilecek “Hey Schoolgirl” parçasını çıkardı. Şarkı sözleri eklenmiştir..
